Neighborhood Meetup on the Future Project Site

On Monday, July 7, a community gathering took place on Watsonova Street, right at the site of the upcoming WatsoNova project by CTR Real Estate. The area, currently in preparation, will soon become a modern urban block.

Local residents joined the event along with the Mayor of Košice-Sever, František Ténai, several district council members, and Košice’s Chief Architect Petr Kropp. CTR Real Estate and project designer Peter Koban from the KOPA studio also attended.

The main topics were the construction timeline and local traffic issues, which sparked the most discussion. The atmosphere remained constructive throughout. Attendees appreciated the professional handling of the demolition phase.
