As part of the public presentation of the city’s development projects “City within a City”, currently taking place at Aupark Košice, the company is presenting its residential projects in the region.
On this occasion, a meeting was held between representatives of CTR Real Estate and the Mayor of Košice, Jaroslav Polaček, during which they discussed the further development of the city, urban planning, and the future of modern urban living.
One of the projects contributing to the transformation of this part of the city is the WatsoNova project – a new urban district emerging on the site of a former industrial area on Watsonova Street. The project will bring hundreds of new apartments, high-quality public spaces, and civic amenities to the location.
