In Section A, preparations are currently underway for the concreting of ceiling slabs above the first floor. In the underground levels, reinforced concrete structures are being finalized, while spaces are being prepared for the arrival of technical installations such as electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC. At the same time, installation of prefabricated staircase flights is ongoing.
In Section B, construction of the ceiling structure above the second basement level is in progress. This phase is essential for completing the lower part of the building and preparing for the continuation of above-ground construction.
In Section C1, earthworks are currently underway. This will be followed by preparations for the construction of the foundation slab, which forms the structural base of the entire building.
