Construction of the WatsoNova project is progressing in the underground floors, on the reinforced concrete structure, and within the second phase of the development.
Painting work has already begun in the underground floors. Over the coming days, the installation of electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and heating infrastructure will follow.
The most significant progress on the reinforced concrete structure is currently being made on Tower A1. Structural brackets have been completed, creating the characteristic setback of the building’s upper floors. Work is now taking place above the third floor, where reinforcement is being installed for the next ceiling slab. Reinforcement work has also begun on the first apartment loggias.
Construction is also continuing in the second phase of the project. The foundation slab of Building B4 is currently being poured, after which work on the remaining parts of the load-bearing structure will follow.
At the same time, work is progressing in the outdoor areas of the construction site, where connections to the wastewater drainage system are being installed.
WatsoNova is therefore gradually rising above ground level, while work in the completed underground sections is moving on to technical installations and surface finishes.
