On the southern side of the square, construction has begun on the first rainwater infiltration system, which will serve as an important water retention feature. Its purpose is to capture rainwater and gradually return it to the natural water cycle. A total of two such infiltration systems will be built as part of Building 2. The second one will be located on the side facing the Business Academy and will be constructed in a later phase of the project.
Work is also progressing on the individual construction sections. In Section A, specifically A1, reinforcement is currently being installed for the floor slab above the second floor. The concrete pour is scheduled for June 1. In A2, construction of the floor slab above the first floor is underway simultaneously.
Significant progress can also be seen in Section B, where formwork for the ceiling structures above the first basement level is currently being installed. Additional structural elements of the future residential district are gradually taking shape.
In Section C, foundation piles for C1 have been completed, and the foundation excavation has been cleaned and prepared. Work is now underway to prepare the blinding concrete layer, which will be followed by the construction of the foundation slab.
WatsoNova continues to advance across multiple sections of the development at the same time. Alongside the construction of residential buildings, sustainable rainwater management solutions are also being implemented, forming a natural part of this modern urban neighbourhood.
