The upper floors are taking shape

Work is currently underway on the walls of the seventh above-ground floor of blocks A1 and B1. The buildings are gradually rising, and their outlines are becoming increasingly defined.

Construction is also progressing on the floors below. Water supply, drainage, ventilation and electrical systems are being installed on the second and third above-ground floors. Although less visible from the outside, this work is essential for the future homes. These systems will provide water, electricity, wastewater drainage and ventilation every day.

Preparing for window installation

Construction is also progressing according to plan as the project approaches the window installation stage, which is scheduled to begin in the coming days. This will mark another noticeable change in the buildings’ appearance and an important step towards enclosing the interior spaces.

Work is also continuing in the garages, where electrical wiring, water supply pipes, drainage and ventilation systems are being installed. Alongside the residential floors, the technical infrastructure of the project’s underground section is taking shape.

Work begins on the foundation slabs of blocks C

The C sections are also entering their next phase. With the piles completed, work is beginning on tying the reinforcement for the foundation slabs in preparation for the concrete pours.

The construction site now brings together several stages of development, from foundations and rising floors to the installation of building services inside. Each brings WatsoNova closer to becoming a place to call home.
