WatsoNova Welcomes New Tenants. Lidl and Fresh to Join the Project

We are pleased to announce the signing of lease agreements with several key tenants who will become part of the project’s new retail zone. Future residents can look forward to a diverse mix of shops and services.

The retail area will include Lidl, Fresh Plus, Slovenská sporiteľňa, BENU Pharmacy, a watchmaker and a flower shop, bringing everyday essentials and convenient services just a few steps from home. One of WatsoNova’s main goals is to create a modern urban neighbourhood that combines high-quality living with all the conveniences of everyday life. Having grocery stores, banking services, a pharmacy and other essential amenities within walking distance is a significant benefit for future residents.

WatsoNova will offer approximately 8,000 m² of retail and commercial space, creating a lively environment that naturally combines residential living, retail, services and attractive public spaces.
