The Košice project WatsoNova has officially obtained its building permit and is entering a new stage. Together with the general contractor Chemkostav a.s., we are now starting construction.
On the site of the former Východoslovenské tlačiarne, a unique residential district will be created, combining modern architecture with abundant greenery and a diverse range of services.
The first residents are expected to move in as early as 2027.
